Amazon has officially launched the Kindle Fire HD and Fire HD 8.9 tablets in India. Both these tablets run on a heavily customized version of Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), with no access to Google Play store. Instead, one can access apps, songs and movies from Amazon App Store and books from
India Kindle Store.
Much-awaited Google Nexus 4 was launched at Rs 25,900 in India. It has a 4.7-inch True HD Plus IPS screen that supports 1280x768p resolution and 318ppi pixel density. This phone is powered by a Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), the latest version of the free mobile OS, and packs a 1.5GHz quad-core CPU under the hood.

Fujifilm has recently launched the Fujinon XF55-200mm lens in India at Rs 49,990. This lens in compatible with the company’s X-Pro1 and X-E1 cameras and has a 1/3EV step aperture ring. The maximum aperture of the lens, which features image stabilization technology, is F3.5-4.8. This lens can cover mid-telephoto (84mm*2) and telephoto (305mm*2) ranges and has two ED elements.
